UP AND RUNNING

Install. Open. Build.

Save the package to your Downloads folder, close any running Lamied window, and open a terminal.

Install on Debian / Ubuntu
cd "$HOME/Downloads" &&
sudo apt install "./lamied.ai-0.1.2-amd64.deb" &&
lamied

The commands stop if a step fails. Enter your password when asked; it will not appear as you type.

Saved somewhere else? Use that folder instead. If your browser added (1) to the filename, rename it to the filename above or update the quoted path.

CHECK WHAT YOU INSTALL

Same file.

Run this before installing. Compare the output with the published SHA-256. If they differ, do not install the file—download it again.

A little help
getting started.

APT says this version is already installed.

You can open Lamied from your applications menu. To replace an existing installation of the same version, close Lamied and run:

Reinstall the same version
cd "$HOME/Downloads" &&
sudo apt install --reinstall "./lamied.ai-0.1.2-amd64.deb"
I see an APT warning or an error.

An _apt sandbox warning may occur when that user cannot read your download directory; it does not always mean installation failed. Check the final result. If you see an error, keep the complete terminal output and contact us. Do not disable your system's security settings.

Where are AppImage, Windows, and macOS?

Only the verified Linux amd64 Debian package is currently offered. Other formats and platforms are not available on this download page yet.
